How is the price fixed before you know my brief?
Because packages are scoped by deliverable count, not by hours — a 5-page website package is five pages regardless of how easy or hard any single page turns out to be, so the price doesn't move once you've briefed us.
What if I don't like the draft?
You mark it up and we revise, within your package's included rounds — most projects need one or two passes, which is exactly what the packages are built around.
Do you write in French and English at the same quality?
Yes — every brief produces two native outputs, each written and edited by someone who writes that language as their first, never translated from one to the other.
What happens to the rights once I've paid?
Full rights to the delivered copy transfer to you once the final invoice is settled — we keep no ongoing claim and don't reuse it elsewhere.
