Do you write to my existing sitemap, or design one for me?
Both. Send a sitemap and we write to it exactly. No sitemap yet — we'll draft a page structure as part of the Complete or Signature package before writing a word of copy.
What if my site has more sections per page than a normal template?
Tell us in the brief. A page with an FAQ block, a comparison table and three testimonials still counts as one page — we scope the section count against your brief, not a rigid template.
Do you write in HTML, or plain text?
Plain, structured text — a doc with clear section headers matching your page/section names, so a developer builds from it directly. We don't touch your CMS or codebase.
What happens if I need more revisions than my package includes?
Extra rounds are billed at a flat per-round rate, quoted before you approve them — never added silently to an invoice.
Who owns the copy once I've paid?
You do, in full, once the final invoice is settled — see Terms.
