Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the purchase of copywriting services from copywriteexperts, 57 Av. du 4 Août 1789, 77184 Émerainville, France ("we," "us"), through copywriteexperts.com. Placing an order means you accept these Terms in full.

1. Services offered

We sell seven copywriting services — Website Copywriting, Landing & Sales Page Copywriting, SEO Content & Blog Writing, Email Marketing Copy, Brand Messaging & Positioning, Product & E-commerce Copy, and Ad & Social Copy — packaged into fixed-scope offers shown on each service page and on the Pricing page, which is the authoritative source for current packages, prices, turnaround times and included revision rounds. Bespoke scope can be discussed via the Contact page.

2. Orders and acceptance

An order is placed by adding one or more packages to your cart and completing checkout. We confirm receipt of your order and brief within one working day. A contract is formed once payment is confirmed (card) or, for bank transfer, once payment clears. Work begins once your brief is complete — see §7.

3. Price and payment

All prices are shown in euros, excluding VAT (HT). VAT is calculated at checkout: 20% for France and EU consumers; 0% (reverse charge) for EU businesses providing a valid-format intra-community VAT number; 0% (outside the scope of French VAT) for buyers outside the EU. VAT number formats are checked for validity of format only. Payment is taken in full at checkout, by card or bank transfer.

4. Delivery and turnaround

Turnaround times are stated on each package and confirmed at checkout, counted in working days from the date your brief is confirmed complete. Choosing Priority turnaround (+25% of the package price) shortens the stated turnaround for the same inclusions. If we anticipate missing a delivery date, we will notify you before the date with a revised timeline and, where applicable, a partial refund for the delay.

5. Revisions

Each package includes a stated number of revision rounds. A round consists of one consolidated set of feedback on the current draft, returned as one revised draft. Additional rounds beyond those included are available at a flat per-round rate, quoted and agreed with you before being carried out.

6. Intellectual property

Until the corresponding invoice is paid in full, all drafts and deliverables remain the intellectual property of copywriteexperts. Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights in the final, delivered copy transfer to you. We retain no ongoing claim over delivered copy and do not reuse it for any other client.

7. Your obligations

To meet the stated turnaround, you agree to provide a complete brief, any relevant existing brand materials, and a single point of contact able to approve revisions. Turnaround clocks start once your brief is confirmed complete.

8. Right of withdrawal and immediate performance

As a distance-sold service, EU consumer law gives you a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of your order. At checkout, you may expressly request that we begin work before that period ends. If you do, your right of withdrawal then applies only in proportion to the service not yet performed at the time you withdraw, and lapses entirely once delivery is complete. 9. Confidentiality

We treat every project as confidential by default. A signed non-disclosure agreement is available on request at no extra cost.

10. Liability

Our liability is limited to the price paid for the relevant package. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of revenue, arising from the use of delivered copy. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under French law.

11. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, provided the affected party notifies the other promptly.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you may also, under Article L.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, refer a dispute free of charge to a consumer mediator; details of the currently designated mediator are available on request from support@copywriteexperts.com. In the absence of amicable resolution, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published on this page at the date of your order.
