Brief, draft, revise, deliver.
Every step below has a date attached to it, before you pay — this is the page you can hold us to.
Brief
You tell us the page or campaign, the audience, the goal, and anything already written (a sitemap, brand guidelines, a competitor you like or don't). For most packages this is a short structured form, not a call — fifteen minutes, submitted whenever suits you.
Draft
We write against your brief and your brand voice (or build one first, via Brand Messaging & Positioning, if none exists yet). The draft arrives on the turnaround stated in your package — never "soon," always a date.
Revise
You mark up the draft with comments or tracked changes. We revise within the number of rounds your package includes — stated on every package page, not negotiated after the fact.
Deliver
Final copy, in the format your build needs (a structured doc, a CSV, plain text ready for your ESP), on the date we gave you at the start. Rights transfer to you in full once the final invoice is settled.

Revisions & rights, plainly.
Every package states its included revision rounds up front — a round means marking up the current draft once and getting a revised draft back; it isn't capped at a number of individual comments. Extra rounds beyond what's included are billed at a flat per-round rate, quoted and agreed before we start on them. Once the final invoice is paid, full rights to the delivered copy transfer to you — we keep no ongoing claim over it, and we don't reuse your copy for anyone else.
What makes a fast turnaround possible.
A completed brief, access to any existing brand guidelines or past copy, and one named point of contact who can approve revisions without a second internal review round. The turnaround dates on every package assume the brief is complete at the start — an incomplete brief is the single most common cause of a delayed delivery, and it's also the easiest one to avoid.

What if I don't like the draft?
You mark it up and we revise, within your package's included rounds — most projects need one or two passes, which is exactly what the packages are built around.
Can you work to a tighter deadline than the standard turnaround?
Yes — choose Priority at checkout (+25%) for a faster date on the same package, same inclusions.
What happens if you miss a delivery date?
Our on-time-delivery commitment is stated publicly for a reason: if we're ever at risk of missing one, you hear about it before the date, with a revised date and, if you'd prefer, a partial refund for the delay.
Can I pause a retainer service?
Yes — the monthly retainers (SEO, Newsletter, Social) run with no lock-in beyond the current month; pause or adjust with notice before the next cycle.
